John Quincy Adams

Partly-printed DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.25 x 9.5, November 20, 1826. Adams grants 80 acres of land in Illinois to Jesse Coombs. Signed at the conclusion by Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Double matted and framed with a small portrait of Adams and a name plaque to an overall size of 26.75 x 16. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered toning and soiling, some light creases and wrinkles, and several blue ink spots to right side. Adams’s signature is largely unaffected by the flaws. Oversized. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
