Document from the Office Commissary General of Subsistence sent to Captain C. Sackett, Jr., of the 136th N.Y. Vol[unteers], stating the provisions and return of property for December 1863 have been examined by the office. In very good condition, with mild toning and scattered creasing and wrinkling.
