Leatherbound hardcover, 9.5 x 11.5, 1504 pages. Signed on page XVII of the opening message, as president, “Herbert Hoover.” In fine condition, with some mild toning to inside pages, and scattered light surface marks and wear to covers and spine, and a dent to top of front board.
