Hand-addressed and free franked black-bordered mailing envelope, 4 x 3, addressed by Garfield to “Park Hill Floral Co,. 17 So. Raymond, Pasadena,” and franked along the top, “Lucretia R. Garfield, Free.” Envelope is postmarked March 5, 1909. Faint erased pencil notation at lower left corner, and postal cancellation over last portion of free frank, otherwise fine condition.
