Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Stevens on the set of Giant, a film which he directed, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Ted Ashton, remembering our pleasant ‘Giant’ days, George Stevens, Texas 1955.” Accompanied by an unsigned program for the film. In fine condition, with binder dings to right edge, and some scattered light surface marks and creases. Wonderful association in the inscription, with the photo picturing the director on the set of Giant and mentioning the movie.
