Hart Company letterhead, June 4, 1929. Letter to Louis Wiley. In part: “The Queen’s review just about overwhelms me: I am grateful…mighty grateful…If at any time you ever visit the coast—my home is yours.” Hart also adds a brief postscript reading, “I could try to say more but its best not—my heart is full.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds, a few small edge dings, and a red pencil underline under signature.
