Wilson pines for Muskoka

TLS as president, one-page, 7 x 9, White House letterhead, October 14, 1915. Letter to Thomas Snow from The Bluff in Muskoka, Canada. In part: “I remember with the greatest pleasure the delightful summers spent at the Bluff and have through all the years that have since passed never given up the hope that the delightful experience might be repeated.” Accompanied by an undated letter from Snow, forwarding Wilson’s letter to a friend, apparently one of several he received, and an original unsigned 3.25 x 5.5 glossy candid photo of Wilson. In very good condition, with tack hole to top and bottom, uniform toning from previous display, and scattered light soiling. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
