The most influential naturalist’s crisp and bold signature

English naturalist and author (1809–1882) whose book explaining his theories of evolution, On the Origin of the Species by Means of Natural Selection (1859), takes a place among the most influential texts in the history of scientific thought. Crisp and bold ink signature, “Charles Darwin,” on an off-white 3.25 x 2 card. In fine condition, with light pencil notation under signature, a couple trivial bends and a slight spot of toning under first name of signature.
