Norris of Oklahoma “a Marshal of the United States in and for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.” Signed at the bottom by Truman and countersigned by Attorney General Thomas C. Clark. Document is housed in protective Mylar. In fine condition, with scattered light creases, rusty paperclip mark to right edge, and some mild edge toning. The gold foil seal is intact.
