Emperor of Germany and King of Prussia (born 1831) for only 99 days before his death in 1888. Ink signature, “Frederick William R,” on an off-white 8.25 x 2.5 slip. Slip is dated in another hand 1880. In very good condition, with well done repairs to two diagonal separations, both lightly affecting signature, scattered light soiling and creasing, and some stray ink flecks. RRAuction COA.
