Description

Famed inventor admits to being “confused”

ALS, in pencil, signed “Edison,” three pages, 5.5 x 8, no date. Edison writes to a member of his phonograph factory work force. In part: “There are so many of these orders I am getting confused—The number seems all out of proportion to the phonographs we are making. Johnson says we can get 30 to 40% out of these, how many does your dept. get.” In fine condition, with staple hole and creasing to top, and a moderate shade of uniform toning. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
