French poet (1830–1914) who shared the 1904 Nobel Prize in Literature. Two short untranslated ALSs, both signed “F. Mistral,” on 5.5 x 3.5 postcards, one dated April 21, 1905, the other dated May 5, 1905. One postcard bears an image of the Arena in Arles.
