Vintage ballpoint signature, “Best wishes from Paul McCartney and,” and “of the Beatles band,” with McCartney adding an appealing self-portrait of himself in a bow tie under his signature on the reverse of an off-white 4.5 x 6 1967 daily planner page. Page is also signed in blue ballpoint by McCartney’s then-girlfriend, “Jane Asher.” Attractively matted and framed with a portrait of the couple, to an overall size of 16.5 x 12.25. According to the consignor, this item was originally owned by one of the Beatles’ chauffeurs. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from noted Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo and a certificate of authenticity from Tracks. In fine condition, with a bisecting horizontal fold, and light show-through from printing on reverse. McCartney autographs with his 1960’s girlfriend are extremely rare.
