Signed in blue felt tip in-person after the event on the front cover by Paul McCartney, signing first name only, Paul Newman, Tony Bennett, and Robin Williams. Consignor notes McCartney was so overwhelmed by the crowd after the benefit, this is the only program he signed before leaving.
