Agreement between Parker and 20th Century Fox assigning all rights to three songs from an upcoming film, “Love Me Tender,” “There’s A Leak in the Old Building,” and “Poor Boy,” to Parker, with the film company intending to record an instrumental version of “Love Me Tender” as well.
