S. stamps featuring Tom Sawyer, signed in blue felt tip in the selvage, “Sincerely, Norman Rockwell”; a block of four Herb Block designed U. S. stamps honoring the Bill of Rights, signed in blue felt tip in the selvage; and an off-white 5 x 3 card with affixed Belgian stamp featuring one of Henry Moore’s sculptures, signed in pencil on the card (partially on the stamp). In overall fine condition, with expected punch holes to the two stamp sheets lightly affecting a few strokes of the Rockwell and Block signatures and a collector’s pencil notation to the Rockwell card.
