Lengthy document presenting an act “to impower the Clerks of the several Counties to administer the Official and other necessary oaths to certain officers in such counties; and for procuring to the Secretary of the State returns of the names of such Officers.” In good to very good condition, with old tape repairs to separations along bisecting vertical folds, scattered edges chipping and loss, light overall toning, and a few creases.
