The City National Bank of Beverly Hills secured payment of $15,000 from actress Judy Garland (1922-1969) when she placed her attractive signature at the conclusion of this promissory note. The blue ballpoint scripting appears nicely along its well-kept medium, which bears a payment sheet stapled to the back.
