Nine ink signatures (mostly green ballpoint) on a 9.5 x 12.5 sheet of music manuscript paper: Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, Michael Collins, Tom Stafford, James Lovell, John Young (moonwalker), Charles Conrad, Jr. (moonwalker), Jack King (former NASA Chief of Information and Public Affairs Officer), and D. K. Slayton (black felt tip). In very good condition, with intersecting folds and a few creases (horizontal creases through Armstrong’s signature), scattered light soiling and staining (small stain just touching first letter of Collins’s signature), musical notes behind Young’s signature, a few of the signatures lightly overlapping, and collector’s ink identifications at right edge.
