Two items: 1955 TLS as President, on White House letterhead, sending thanks for slides of an exhibition of German drawings, signed “Dwight D. Eisenhower”; and a 1955 TLS as First Lady, on White House letterhead, sending thanks for concern over the president’s health, signed “Mamie Doud Eisenhower.” Accompanied by the original mailing envelopes.
