Larry Lajoie

Baseball Hall of Famer. During his 21-year career as a second baseman (1896–1916), mostly with the Cleveland Indians, he posted a lifetime batting average of .339. In 1901, he batted .422, highest ever in a season in the American League. Vintage ballpoint signature, “Larry Lajoie,” on an off-white 3 x 2.5 slip, dated July 6, 1950.
