Partly printed DS, in Spanish, one page, 10 x 13, August 30, 1955. A certificate presenting a medal to John B. DeLancey of the United States as a veteran of the Spanish-American War. Accompanied by a secretarial letter of transmittal with full translation. In very good condition, with toning (more prominent at edges), paperclip stains to top edge, and a small chip to one corner.
