Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Hepburn as Gigi, signed and inscribed in ink, “To J. Willis Sayre, Every good wish, Audrey Hepburn.” A pencil notation on the reverse indicates that the signature was obtained on April 2, 1953. The inscribee, James Willis Sayre (1877–1963), was a longtime theatre critic and historian in Seattle. A few small creases and surface marks, and slightly irregular adhesion to first letter of signature, otherwise fine condition. Hepburn is uncommon in signed vintage images of this, one of her signature roles. R&R COA.
