A grant for a parcel of land issued under the provisions of “the Acts of Congress appropriating and granting Land to the late Army of the United States, passed on and since the sixth day of May 1812.” Matted and framed with a portrait to an overall size of 28 x 16.25. In good condition overall, with intersecting folds (vertical crease to first name), soiling, staining, wrinkling, and rippling.
