A quitclaim deed wherein Irving sells a parcel of land to the Hudson River Railroad Company for $3,500. The adjacent leaf bears a hand-drawn map of the land in question; a separate hand-drawn map on oilcloth is also included. In fair to good condition, with intersecting folds (partial separations touching text, including vertical separation through first name; several related tape repairs, including one affecting first name), scattered soiling and handling wear, and slight blotting to last name.
