Two items: partly printed multipage document from a legal case, June 1861, signed in ink on two separate pages “Grover Cleveland” as commissioner of deeds for Buffalo; and a manuscript 1862 document attesting that he served a subpoena, signed “Grover Cleveland.” In very good to fine condition, with scattered light toning, soiling, and handling wear (including a few tears), no faults affecting the signatures. Seldom seen from this early period! Auction LOA John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and R&R COA.
