Two items: large ink signature, “U. S. Grant,” on an off-white 2.75 x 1 slip or card; and a scarce full ink signature, “Robert E. Lee,” on an off-white 2.25 x .75 slip affixed to the bottom of a CDV photo. The items are matted and framed together with two photos (the CDV image hidden by the mat) to an overall size of 27 x 22.25. Close trimming to left edge and a very subtle hint of soiling to Lee slip, otherwise fine condition. This full form of Lee’s signature is quite uncommon. R&R COA. Oversized.
