Partly printed DS, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page on vellum, 15.25 x 9.5, May 20, 1825. The embossed paper seal remains affixed at lower left. A grant for a parcel of land in Indiana issued to George Midsker. In very good to fine condition, with heavy vertical folds and a touch of mild soiling and handling wear.
