DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 10, November 1, 1830. President Jackson grants William Allen 160 acres of land in Indiana. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Jackson, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, Elijah Hayward. Five vertical storage folds (two lightly affecting signature), light toning and wrinkling, and missing portion of paper seal, otherwise very good condition.
