Hardcover, 7.5 x 10, 520 pages. Signed in fountain pen on his full-page prefatory photo “W. A. Bishop.” In fair condition, with binding rubbed and detached from text block, wear and soiling to covers, a few pages (including signed page) detached but present, mild toning and a few faint stains to interior, and slight wrinkling and tiny chips to bottom edge of signed page. The signature is dark, clear, and unaffected, and the photo could easily be detached, matted, and framed for attractive display on its own. R&R COA.
