The slip is tipped to the top margin of a two-page manuscript outlining plans for a memorial tribute to Baldwin, “to the memory of one who in th faithful discharge of this elevated trust, has gained an imperishable fame for spotless integrity, thorough research and profound learning,” signed on the reverse by Pennsylvania jurists Horace Binney, H.
