A document authorizing and directing the Secretary of State to “affix the seal of the United States to the remission and costs imposed upon Allen Monson for a violation of the revenue laws.” A few light horizontal folds (just touching top edge of signature and paraph) and a few minor wrinkles, otherwise fine, fresh condition.
