I enclose a copy of a letter … and hope that it may help towards the granting of your application…. Thank you also for the memorandum concerning the production of certain foodstuffs in the Bahamas, which I will later on bring before the Economic Investigation Committee…. I again assure you that I greatly appreciate your interest and promised co-operation in the solution of the serious economic problem which faces the Bahamas as a result of changed conditions due to the War….” In very good condition, with staple holes, a few wrinkles, and two marginal tape remnants, no faults affecting the signature.
