Vintage pearl-finish 8 x 10 photo of Dempsey throwing a left jab as he practices, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To my friend Fred Trosper, Best wishes, Jack Dempsey, July 1924.” In very good condition, with light rippling and curling from mounting remnants on reverse, scattered light surface marks and rubbing, a few creases, and a couple light ink strokes to date and first letter of signature.
