An “attestation” of the General Major of Air Forces Karavatsky, Afanasy Zinovyevich, signed in blue pencil, “Approved, Zhukov.” The document is countersigned by several other officials. Filing holes and light wrinkling and handling wear, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
