Blue ink signature and inscription, “To Timothy with best wishes, Harper Lee,” on a cream 5 x 8 page. The page has been bound into a copy of the first printing of To Kill a Mockingbird (New York: J. B. Lippincott Company, 1960), which retains an original first-state jacket. The signed page is fine, while the book itself is about very good overall. The price-clipped jacket has light edge wear and soiling and a few subtle creases; the book has evidently been recased in a correct first-printing binding, and the endpapers have been replaced.
