Partly printed DS as president, one page on vellum, 13.25 x 8.75, February 21, 1821. A grant for a parcel of land near Cincinnati issued to William Hole, assignee of Silas Atchison. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. Accompanied by an antique portrait engraving. Intersecting folds (vertical fold to “Ja”), and light toning, soiling, and wrinkling, otherwise fine condition. The signature is large, clear, and otherwise unaffected.
