Manuscript DS as president, one page both sides on vellum, 12 x 14.5, April 5, 1832. A grant for a parcel of land issued to James Taylor. Handsomely matted and framed with a biographical plaque and color image to an overall size of 30.5 x 26. In very good condition, with heavy intersecting folds (lightly touching tops of initials; vertical fold to “e”) and one extra crease, scattered soiling (mainly along folds; touching second half of first name), and subtly irregular ink adhesion.
