Scarce vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Williams in his military dress uniform giving a ‘thumbs-up’ from the cockpit of his plane, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Sgt. Bill Sackett, Good luck fella, Ted Williams 1952.” In very good condition, with scattered surface creases, marks, and impressions, small tape remnant to top edge, and a tear to left edge.
