Matte-finish 6.25 x 4 photo tipped to its original 9 x 7 card mount, signed in ink on the mount by Woodrow Wilson and Joseph P. Tumulty. Tumulty (1879–1954) was a member of the New Jersey assembly who later served as Wilson’s personal secretary during his governorship and presidency.
