The document bears an integral embossed seal at lower left. Countersigned by Secretary of the Interior Caleb B. Smith. Handsomely matted and framed with an engraved plaque and portrait to an overall size of 36.25 x 24.5. Intersecting folds and a very subtle touch of soiling and handling wear, otherwise fine, bright, clean condition. Lincoln’s signature is clear and perfect. A handsome example!
