TLS signed “Stan, XXXX,” one page on 5.75 x 7.25 airmail stationery, December 9, 1957. Laurel writes to Mary Rutter in South Shields, England. In part: “It was interesting to know that the Alfred Scott family were friends of you [sic] Grand-Parents, I just had a letter from him, he is staying with some friends in Seattle…I too just heard from Mr. & Mrs. Hogg, they both seem to be coming along fine…. I imagine Miss Page had a lovely birthday party, nice to know she is happy with her marriage….
