ALS in French, one page, 7 x 8, no date [1790s]. An untranslated letter to the President of the Council of 500 (the lower house of France’s legislative body from 1795 to 1799) in Paris, evidently involving a legislative matter. In very good condition, with intersecting mailing folds (two vertical folds touching signature), light soiling and wrinkling, and small loss at lower left corner touching a few words. R&R COA.
