And that is probably why there is no letter from you. Those who get fresh air, simple and light food, and complete rest will get cured of this fever. Light food means only liquid diet. I think that medicine hardly has any effect. Whenever fresh air, diet and rest are in disorder, the end result is death. I wish that you would seek out these three things.” In good to very good condition, with faint scattered spotting, light intersecting mailing folds (touching signature), wrinkles, and a few edge tears (tear through last several letters of signature, repaired from reverse).
