Program from the October 9, 1960 game between the Packers and the Colts, signed in ballpoint on various internal pages by twelve: Paul Hornung, Vince Lombardi, Henry Jordan, Emlen Tunnell, Dan Currie, Alan Ameche, Weeb Ewbank, Bid Daddy Lipscomb, Ray Nitschke, Johnny Unitas, Lenny Moore, and Jim Irwin.
