Colorful screen-printed graphic on black felt commemorating the Dead’s 1989 New Year’s Eve concert, 15.5 x 19.5, signed in gold ink by six: Jerry Garcia, Bill Kreutzmann, Mickey Hart, Phil Lesh, Bob Weir, and Vince Welnick. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA. New Years Eve with the Grateful Dead was always the most coveted concert of the year. Dead heads would frequently refer to tickets for any show as a “miracle.” At any given show you could find dozens of deadheads walking around the parking lot with a finger in the air and calling “I need a miracle.” Tickets were only available through mail order, and the Dead’s mail order ticket team would frequently receive 50,000 orders for a building that would hold 15,000 people. The Dead typically played two set concerts, with a break in between sets. In very fine condition, with a slightly uneven left vertical edge. COA Roger Epperson/REAL and R&R COA.
