In part: “The Queen thanks Field Marshal the Duke of Wellington for his letter & for all the trouble he has … taken” in conferring an honor on General Bowles. The adjacent leaf remains intact. In good to very good condition, with faint show-through, soiling, wrinkling, and separation at one fold touching several words. Neither signature is affected. R&R COA.
