Bush writes to Ramsay [Potts], the World War II pilot who led the 1943 bombing raid on the oil refineries at Ploesti, Rumania, and who later wrote a number of articles and books on the history of military aviation. In full: “Thanks for those copies of ‘Air Power History’—loved that cover. Now when do we get to ‘hit.’” The card has been partially affixed to a larger card for display purposes.
