Mr. Vedromme has asked me to see you concerning an idea of his for the tour of John Bull’s Other Island.” Mrs. W.G. Fay, the recipient of the card, was the wife of W.G. Fay, the distinguished Irish actor/director who co-founded the great Abbey Theatre, Dublin. John Bull's Other Island is a comedy about Ireland, written by G. Bernard Shaw in 1904. Shaw himself was born in Dublin, yet this is the only play of his where he thematically returned to his homeland. In fine condition, with some scattered light soiling. R&R COA.
