In fine condition, with toned piece of tape to top edge, usual punch and crayon cancellations (away from signature), and a faint vertical fold through one letter of signature. Spangenberg was a student of Wright’s, who also designed the Plaza Tower in New Orleans. The signature itself is clear and bold. R&R COA.
